I'm starting to really worry now. I had an interview all lined up yesterday, and had phone the interviewee and it was all ready to go. But the equipment wasn't working, or I'd done something wrong during the set-up; whatever it was, I didn't want to waste Jay Richardson's time so I asked if I could call back today and he very kindly agreed. Obviously going to do several practices of it this time around.
The final interview is proving to be a very hard one to get. People who'd originally agreed have became too busy to do it, and I'm really not sure who to go with; I think it's going to HAVE to be a stand-up comedian from Scotland who's performed elsewhere, as they should be easier to get a hold of. I'm giving myself until the end of this week to get all of my interviews. Any later than that, would be really worrying. We need at least a week to perfect the script for the full one-hour show, I think.
I'm now going to try almost ANY stand-up comedian of a certain quality, who has performed outside of Glasgow at some point.
